Terms & SMS Conditions

1. Text message program
ResultsIQ LLC, trading as ResultsIQ ("we", "us"), operates an appointment messaging program for people who request a demonstration of ResultsIQ Control Center. These are the conditions of that program.
Program name and purpose
ResultsIQ Demo Reminders. Sent by ResultsIQ LLC. Transactional and service messages about a demonstration you booked: confirmation, reminders, rescheduling help, and follow-up.
How you join
You join by entering your own mobile number in the "Mobile" field on our demo booking form at itnation.resultsiq.ai or on our Calendly booking page and ticking the separate consent box beside it, which reads: “Text me about my demo. By ticking this box you agree to receive demo appointment text messages from ResultsIQ LLC at the mobile number above — about 2–4 messages per booked demo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. This is optional and is not a condition of booking.” The box is unticked by default. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking a demonstration or of any purchase, and we never add a number we were not given directly by its owner.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your booking. Expect roughly two to four messages per scheduled demonstration — typically a confirmation, a reminder about 24 hours before, a reminder about 1 hour before, and a follow-up if you miss it.
Cost
ResultsIQ does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your plan with your mobile carrier.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or enter your number on the booking form again.

Carriers and delivery
Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed; treat your calendar invitation, not a text message, as the record of your appointment.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you give us.
2. Use of this website
This site describes ResultsIQ Control Center and lets you book a demonstration. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site to interfere with its operation, to submit another person's contact details without their permission, or for any unlawful purpose.
3. About the demonstration
A booked demonstration is a meeting, not a contract. Anything shown in a demonstration uses a fictional company and sample data. Figures, forecasts, and example returns shown are illustrations, not a promise of results in your business. Nothing on this site or in a demonstration is financial, legal, or tax advice.
4. Program terms
Pricing, program dates, seat counts, and offer conditions published on this site are current as of the date above and may change. The terms that govern any engagement are the ones in the signed agreement between you and ResultsIQ; this site does not create one.
5. Intellectual property
ResultsIQ Control Center™ is a trademark of ResultsIQ. The content, design, and software on this site belong to ResultsIQ or its licensors. Other company and product names mentioned belong to their owners; mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement. ResultsIQ is not affiliated with ConnectWise or IT Nation.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResultsIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the messaging program.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
